I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health during these times. We have all been through a lot recently and I am looking forward to being able to get back into the clinic and helping you reach your health goals.

I am pleased to announce that we have re-opened the clinic for chiropractic and acupuncture services. The hours and days of operation have been altered at this time due to the fact that we have employed Covid-19 measures for everyone's safety. Due to the necessary changes and in order to maintain patient safety, we will start off opening Tuesdays and Thursdays and I will have 30 minutes between appointments. As such, I will not be able to see as many patients as I have in the past. I will be prioritizing patients and creating a waiting list. Here are some things you can expect on your next visit:

- All patients will be pre-screened 24 hours prior their scheduled appointment and upon arrival at the clinic. Upon arrival, patients are to sanitize their hands, enter with a mask (if you don't have a mask, one will be provided for you)
- Patients will have to sign a Covid consent form and then will have their temperature taken.
- Returning visitors will see some changes within the clinic including: new hand sanitizing stations, updates to reception area to improve physical distancing, the use of various personal protective equipment (PPE), and more frequent disinfecting of clinic surfaces.
